I've been hairdressing for nearly 10 years now, and my favourite part of the job is making my clients feel beautiful and confident. Nothing beats seeing a happy client's face and energy after you've worked your magic doing what you love.

I love both ends of the colour spectrum, blonde or dark. Whether it's a lived-in, low maintenance look or a full impact transformation, I'm here for it all. I also love creating glossy, rich brunettes and shiny cherry reds.

I offer both tape and nano extensions using the luxury brand Beauty Works. Extensions aren't always about adding length and thickness, they can also be used to create a natural look, filling out gaps or adding volume where needed.

Maddie is passionate about all things hair and beauty, with one simple goal: to help every client feel confident, comfortable and their best self.

Specialising in lived-in blondes, she uses a blend of freehand techniques to create soft, beachy tones and that effortlessly fresh look her clients love.

Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Maddie instantly puts people at ease, creating a relaxed experience from start to finish. Her aim is for you to leave the salon feeling like your most confident, radiant self.

When she's not behind the chair, Maddie loves keeping active, whether she's weight training at the gym or heading out for a long walk with her dog. She's also never one to say no to a good beer garden, a sunny day and a drink with friends!

With over 20 years of experience, Russell is known for creating natural, low-maintenance colour that grows out beautifully, from soft sun-kissed blondes to glossy, lived-in brunettes.

He's trained extensively in London, completing the L'Oréal Colour Specialist Degree and advanced courses at Not Another Salon, alongside ongoing mentorship with some of the industry's leading educators.

With over 20 years of experience in Henley-on-Thames, Kate specialises in all things blonde, from classic highlights to soft, lived-in colour and balayage, always with the health and condition of the hair at the heart of what she does.

Known for her gentle, down to earth approach, Kate loves creating beautiful colour, glossy healthy hair and effortless beachy waves in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Outside the salon, Kate is a homebody at heart. She loves family time, getting lost in a good psychological thriller and escaping to the sunshine for a fly and flop holiday, with the occasional city break too.

Qualified since 1995, Juliette brings nearly three decades of expertise to every appointment. She is a trained Bio Sculpture nail technician, offering healthy gel manicures and pedicures that look beautiful and care for the natural nail.

Vegan, ethical, and cruelty free, with vitamin-enriched treatments that include cuticle work, aftercare advice, nail oil and hand cream.
